Can I cancel my service policy at anytime?Yes. Just send us a letter stating you would like to cancel your service agreement, (please note the current mileage if you have a motorhome). Along with a copy of your service contract. If it's within 30 days of purchase and you have not made a claim, you'll receive a full refund. After 30 days, provide a signed letter of cancellation and Odometer Disclosure statement (for Motorized Vehicles) and per the Terms and Conditions of your vehicle service contract, your refund will be prorated by the time and mileage used and refunded by the Warranty Company.Is the deductible charged on each item?No. The deductible is per visit, regardless of the number of covered repairs needed.Why do I need a service plan?With the cost of repair parts and labor rising daily and not knowing where a possible mechanical breakdown may occur. You will at least have the peace of mind knowing that most problems can be taken care without a lot of cash out of your pocket with a extended service agreement by United States Warranty.Is my service plan transferable?Yes. By transferring your service plan over to the buyer, some owners have found it easier to sell.Where do we get service if we are away from home?United States Warranty provides a nationwide toll-free customer assistance number to meet all your claims needs.Do I pay for the repairs?No. Simply have the service manager call the toll-free number before any repairs have been started and he will receive authorization and payment information. Either direct bill or by a corporate credit card. All you are responsible for is your deductible and non-covered items.Is the labor charge covered?Yes. Parts and labor are included if a covered component has a breakdown.Can my neighbor do my repairs?Yes. If he works at or owns a licensed repair shop in the U.S. or Canada.
Can I get an exclusionary warranty policy for my Used Vehicle?
Yes! The coverages listed on our website are available for used
vehicles. In most cases used vehicles still qualify for an exclusionary warranty
policy. (The actual coverage may vary depending on age of vehicle and mileage.) For
